On 05/06/2021 Region 5 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order against Qiagen Sciences, LLC. In it Region 5 alleges that Qiagen Sciences, LLC failed to properly submit notices of arrival for several devices prior to importation, which constitutes a violation of Section 12(a)(2)(N) of FIFRA.
