On May 31, 2022, EPA filed a CAFO with the Regional Hearing Clerk in resolution of a FIFRA matter involving Allied 100, LLC (Respondent) of Woodruff, Wisconsin. The CAFO alleged Respondent distributed unregistered pesticides and sought a civil penalty of $5,000.
