On March 16, 2022, EPA visited Bronx District 12 Garage. This facility applied for No Exposure Certification in June 2021, however EPA observed industrial activities exposed to stormwater, including uncovered salt storage. EPA also discovered that the floor drain from the vehicle water area discharges into the Hutchinson River, and was unpermitted.
