On July 6, 2022, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to Section 14(a)(1) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to O4 Global Trading USA, LLC, located in Dallas, Texas. The CAFO was issued in response to alleged violations of:
1. Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, for the distribution or sale of an unregistered pesticide.
2. Section 12(a)(2)(N) of FIFRA, for the importation of pesticides, prior to submitting to the EPA a Notice of Arrival.
The CAFO requires O4 Global Trading USA, LLC to pay a penalty of $20,000.
