Wilson's Pest Control's repackaging of pesticides and offering them for sale without obtaining registration nor meeting all the repackaging conditions of 40 CFR 165.70(b) are violations of FIFRA. In addition, these pesticides do not comply with labeling requirements under Section 2(q) of FIFRA and are misbranded.
