On September 15, 2022, EPA Region 10 settled with Earth Science Products located in, Aurora, Oregon for violations of FIFRA. Earth Science Products failed to file the Pesticide
Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (EPA Form 3540-16) by the
reporting deadline three times within five years. Reports are due by March 1 of each year. Earth Science
Products failed to timely submit reports for calendar years 2016, 2019, and 2021. The company agreed to pay
a penalty of $700.
