An offsite record review was performed on Conrad Shipyard and discovered the facility had failed to report copper compounds for RY 2017.
A proposed penalty was made and Conrad agreed with penalty and CAFO. An executed CAFO was issued on September 7, 2022 to resolve the failure to report EPCRA 313 violation.
