Data-mining several EPA databases it was discovered that Texas Barge & Boat failed to timely report 5 TRI chemicals for the 2017 reporting year. A proposed penalty was offered of which the facility accepted. A Consent Agreement was issued to the facility on September 15, 2022 resolving this violations of EPCRA section 313.
