Data mining several EPA data bases regarding Kemira's TRI reporting, then confirming with the facility they had filed for copper AND copper compounds when in fact only copper compounds exceeded threshold. This constitutes a minor data quality violation. A penalty was proposed which the facility accepted. A CAFO resolving the violation was issued on September 26, 2022.
