The Brinda H2O Air Purifier (Model: Air), contained the pesticide claim ?Eliminates 99.9% of airborne bacteria and viruses such as SARS, H7N9 (Avian Influenza), H1N1 (Respiratory Influenza), the common flu virus and various members of the Coronavirus family.? This claim is misleading and constitute a public health claim. Public Health claims must be substantiated with data, therefore, in absence of data this claim is not acceptable.
