1. Failed to conduct a risk and resilience assessment of the Hamburg Waterworks public water system and submit certification to EPA that a RRA was conducted by June 30, 2021.
2. Failed to prepare or revise an emergency response plan that incorporates the results of the RRA and certify to EPA that an ERP was develop by December 31,2021.
