In June 2022, the US EPA inspected the Respondent's facility in Gloucester City, NJ to determine compliance with Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) chemical reporting requirements. EPA identified a reporting violation. The facility has come into compliance and will pay a penalty of $8,550.
