After datamining several EPA databases it was discovered that Welspun Tubular LLC had failed to report 3 chemicals on or before the reporting due date for 2019 and 2020. A proposed settlement of $61,300 was proposed of which the facility accepted. A CAFO was issued April 3, 2023, to resolve the reporting violations. The facility has 30 days from the file date to submit its payment.
