3M signed the CAFO on 3/28/2023. The facility shutdown, waste on site has been transfer to a third-party facilities for disposal, and the incinerator kiln's refractory material has been transferred off-site as hazardous waste. At the time of signing the CAFO, 3M was in the process of surrendering its Title V permit with MPCA. This case has no milestones and no SEP.
