EPA conducted an inspection of the Facility on June 7-9, 2022, to determine compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 42 USC 7412(r), and 40 CFR Part 68. EPA determined violations for 68.15(c) organization management responsibility, 68.69(a)(2)(i) and (ii) operating procedures, 68.71(6) and (c) operator refresher training, and 68.79(d) compliance audits. The AOC requires corrective action completion and reporting to EPA within 120 days of the final order.
