On April 13, 2023, EPA requested U.S. Customs and Border Protection Refuse Admission of an unregistered pesticide. EPA determined that the quantity of Dinotefuran 98% was not registered under FIFRA. The importation of an unregistered pesticide is a violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA.
