On April 13, Region 3 issued a Notice of Refusal of Admission (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refuse admission of a misbranded pesticide imported by FMC Corporation through the Philadelphia International Airport in PA. It is a violation of FIFRA to sell or distribute misbranded pesticides. The importer has exported the product out of the country. The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture was copied on the NORA, and FIFRA registration violations are exempt from EJ screen.
