On 4/17/23, the Environmental Protection Agency Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) to Adjuvants Unlimited LLC (Respondent) of Tulsa, OK. The ESAFO was issued in response to alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The EPA alleges that Respondent failed to submit annual pesticide production reports on or before March 1, 2022, for four of its Tulsa, OK establishments. Respondent has corrected the violations and will pay a civil penalty of $5,600.
