Between November 16 and 18, 2022, Respondent shipped 10 drums of PCB-contaminated natural gas condensate for disposal without identifying it as PCB on the manifest. The waste is being held at an interim TSCA storage site and will be disposed in an authorized TSCA facility. Settlement penalty is $10,466.
