On August 9, 2022, a CEI Inspection was conducted and during the Inspection, the inspector noted three (3) of the Site's four (4) catch basins without inlet protection and sediment actively discharging from the outfall. This Potential Noncompliance Item was discussed with the Site representatives at the time of the inspection as well.
