On June 22, Region 3 issued a FIFRA Notice of Warning (NOW) to Growmark FS, LLC of Bellefont, PA for sale and distribution of
a misbranded pesticide that did not contain directions for use that matched the product's registration. FIFRA misbranding violations are exempt from EJ screen. The initial inspection had been conducted by Pennsylvania Department of agriculture, and they were alerted of the
NOW.
