EPA determined that Respondents failed to comply with the following: financial responsibility requirement; periodically inspect overfill prevention equipment; conduct a line tightness test or to provide monthly monitoring of the pressurized piping system; annually test the automatic line leak detectors; periodically test spill prevention equipment and containment sumps; maintain documentation of compliance with release detection requirements. These violations were settled via administrative enforcement action.
