On November 23, 2022, EPA issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order to Nurtien Ag Solutions, Inc. concerning the the misbranded chlorpyrifos products. Nutrien must comply with all terms and conditions in this Order. Failure do so could result in liability under FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(E), 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(1)(E), for the unlawful distribution or sale of misbranded pesticides and/or liability under FIFRA section 12(a)(2)(I), 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(2)(I), for violating the terms of the SSURO.
