On 1/19/24, EPA Region 6 issued a Formal Notice of Warning to Petrotech Solutions LLC for alleged violations of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L). The EPA alleges that Petrotech Solutions failed to file pesticide production reports (EPA Form 3540-16) for its EPA-registered establishments 87958-TX-1 and 87958-LA-1 for reporting year 2022, as required by Section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136e(c).
