On May 21, 2024, the EPA Region III entered into a Consent Agreement and Final Order ( CA/FO ) with Trinity Sterile, Inc. ( Respondent ) alleging violations of EPCRA and implementing regulations in connection with the failure to submit a toxic chemical inventory form for ethylene oxide in calendar year 2022 by July 1 of 2023. In the CAFO, Respondent attests to its compliance with Section 313 of EPCRA, and it will pay a penalty of $8,688 for the alleged violations of Section 313. The facility is located in an area of EJ Concern.
