The EPA alleges that the Rosenboom Machine & Tool Inc. facilities located at Sheldon and Spirit Lake, Iowa, violated RCRA by failing to correctly label containers of hazardous and universal wastes, close containers of hazardous waste, provide adequate aisle space for hazardous waste in storage, maintain records of the arrangements made with emergency response personnel, provide necessary updates to the facility?s contingency plan, and demonstrate the storage time for universal wastes.
