On June 24, Region 3 issued a Notice of Refusal of Admission (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refuse admission of a misbranded pesticide imported by EcoFinish, LLC through the UPS Philadelphia Hub in PA. It is a violation of FIFRA to sell or distribute misbranded pesticides. The importer must export the pesticide out of the country or destroy it according to state and local regulations, and must provide documentation to Region 3.
