On August 16, 2024, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to 309 of the Clean Water Act to the Village of Bosque Farms (Respondent), located in New Mexico. The AO was issued in response to violations of its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit for failure to submit DMRs and E. Coli effluent violations.
