On April 22, Region 3 issued a FIFRA Notice of Warning (NOW) to Klenzoid Water Treatment of Conshohocken, PA for sale and distributed of misbranded pesticides. FIFRA misbranding violations are exempt from EJ screen. The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture was notified and copied on this letter.
