On April 30, 2025, the Region filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement which settled EPA's penalty claim for violations of CWA Section 311(j) at the Lancaster Airport Authority facility located in Lititz, Pennsylvania. The facility failed to develop and implement a SPCC plan at the time of the inspection. The respondent has agreed to pay a cash penalty of $2,188 to settle the matter.
