On August 25, 2025, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving CWA violations of the state of Washington's Construction Stormwater General Permit by Granite Three, LLC at its subdivision site in Washougal, Washington. Alleged violations included failure to maintain best management practices and stormwater controls and failure to include all information in routine site inspection reports as required by the permit. This enforcement action stands to reduce 25,541 pounds of stormwater sediment discharged into the Washougal River. The Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $3,000 and has returned to compliance.
