On 8/21/25, EPA Region 6 entered into a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) with Solutions & Quality in Commerce LLC (SQC), located in Houston, TX. The CAFO was entered into in response to the sale and distribution of an unregistered pesticide, which is a violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(A). The CAFO requires that SQC return to compliance and pay a penalty of $16,200 by October 20, 2025.
