On July 21, 2025, EPA issued a CERCLA administrative order directing compliance with request for access, to Respondent, the owner of property at the Route 213 Superfund Site. EPA requires access to the property that is the subject of the access order to conduct assessment and, to the extent determined to be necessary, removal activities. The property owner has refused to grant EPA access to their property.
