On August 12, 2025, EPA issued a CERCLA administrative order directing compliance with request for access, to Respondent, the owner of property related to the Former Brown's Auto Salvage Superfund Site. EPA requires access to the property in order to conduct assessment and, to the extent determined to be necessary, removal activities. EPA issued the order after the property owner refused to grant EPA access to the property.
