On September 16, 2025, EPA Region 6 entered into a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) with 4 Aces Wholesale & Distributor (4 Aces) located in Dallas, TX. The CAFO was entered into in response to the sale and distribution of unregistered pesticides, which is a violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(A). The CAFO requires that 4 Aces return to compliance and pay a penalty of $66,700 within 30 days after the effective date of the CAFO.
