On 7/23/25, EPA Region 6 issued a formal Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate (NOW & NOIT) to Aquapharm Pchem LLC (Respondent), of Crockett, TX, for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). EPA alleges that Respondent failed to file pesticide production reports for its registered establishment 94017-TX-1 for the years 2020 through 2024.
