On 7/23/25, EPA Region 6 issued a formal Notice of Warning & Notice of Intent to Terminate to Prochem Energy Services Inc. (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. The EPA alleges that Respondent failed to submit pesticide production reports for its registered establishments in Odessa, TX (94789-TX-1), Snyder, TX (94789-TX-2), and Healdton, OK (94789-OK-1) for the years 2021 through 2024.
