The Order addressed several violations identified from 2021 to 2025. Violations include failure to correct significant deficiencies in 2024 and 2025, failure to report total coliform results in May 2025, failure to monitor for total coliform during May 2022, failure to monitor for nitrate during 2022, failure to monitor chlorine residual in 2022, and failure to provide certification of the 2020 consumer confidence report (CCR) in 2021. The Order requires the Respondent to complete corrective actions to address open significant deficiencies; monitor the System's water for total coliform and nitrate; timely report monitoring results to EPA; provide certification of annual CCRs; and notify the public of the violations.
