On October 7, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) to CapturePoint, LLC (Respondent) for violation of Section 301 of the Clean Water Act. The violation was for the unauthorized discharge of produced water from an oilfield tank battery into Little Chief Creek, a water of the United States. Respondent must pay a penalty of $12,900.
