On December 3, 2025, Region 3 filed an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC), concluding an administrative enforcement action against West Virginia Manufacturing, LLC, for the facility located in Alloy, WV (the Facility ). The AOC requires the Facility to address good housekeeping stormwater management issues at the site, and to attain compliance with Permit Nos. WV0000167 and WVG612001. This enforcement action furthers Administrator Zeldin's Pillar 1: Clean Air, Land, and Water for Every American. The EPA notified the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection ( WVDEP ) in advance of this action, and no objections were received.
