On February 3, 2026, Region 10 issued UAOs under Section 1414 of SDWA to the following systems based on a determination that the Respondents violated the EPA's National Primary Drinking Water Regulations regarding lead service lines:

- Dugualla Community Inc Community Water System
- Wandering Creek Homeowners Association Community Water System
- Crosswoods Water Company Community Water System
- East Gig Harbor Water District Community Water System
- Olympic Sunset West Community Water System
- Tahuya River Valley Water District Community Water System
- Lake Lucinda Community Club Community Water System
- Winchester Mobile Homes Water Community Water System
- Sun Tides Vista Homeowners Assn Community Water System
- Town of Riverside Community Water System
- Delphi Community Water System
- Skyline Mobile Home Park Community Water System
- River Bluff Water System Community Water System
The UAOs require the Systems to develop and submit a Lead Service Line Inventory; notify customers served by lead, galvanized, or unknown service lines; and make the Lead Service Line Inventory publicly available.
