On March 18, 2026, EPA Region 10 settled with Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc. (Sunnyside, WA) for violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) resulting from the sale and distribution of misbranded pesticides. Specifically, EPA found that Nutrien Ag violated FIFRA by distributing the pesticide Lime Sulfur Solution Agricultural Fungicide (EPA Reg. No. 61842-30) without directions for use, precautionary statements, human and environmental hazards statements, and the EPA establishment number. Nutrien Ag also violated FIFRA by distributing the pesticide Omni Supreme Spray (EPA Reg. No. 5905-368) without directions for use, precautionary statements, human and environmental hazards statements, and the EPA establishment number. EPA identified 209 separate violations. The company agreed to pay a civil penalty of $847,952.
