2025, EPA Region 6 began an investigation of an incident that occurred August 7, 2024, at GWR Webster LLC?s (?Great Wolf?) facility located in Webster, Texas (the ?Facility?). The purpose of the investigation was to determine Great Wolf?s compliance with the requirements of the CAA, specifically the Chemical Accident Prevention Provisions. The information currently available to EPA, collected as a result of the investigation, suggests that Great Wolf may be in violation of the CAA.
