On May 6, 2026, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to Section 309 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. ? 1251 et seq.) to Talos Energy Ventures, LLC located in the Gulf of America. The AO was issued in response to violations identified during a file review for the monitoring period of May 11, 2023 to May 31, 2025. The compliance deadline is within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the AO.
