This is a Unilateral Administrative Order issued pursuant to CERCLA Section 106 against Newmont USA Limited and Donner Mine Camp, Inc. The Order requires Newmont to remove lead contaminated soil located next to the assay building at the Zeibright Mine site. In addition, Donner Mine Camp is ordered to place proper signage on the assay building warning of danger of exposure to hazardous substances and by locking the doors to the assay building.
