This is a Unilateral Administrative Order (UAO) to Montrose Chemical Corporation to conduct remedial investigation soil sampling at the Normandie Avenue Property which is part of the Montrose Chemical NPL Site - Historical Stormwater Pathway South Operable Unit. The UAO also requires Montrose to provide access to the Montrose Plant Property (20201 Normandie) so that EPA can conduct staging activities for sampling efforts at residential properties adjacent to 20201 Normandie Avenue.
