This complaint with Notice of Opportunity for Hearing is issued to Retamco Operating, Inc. for failing to timely report monitored and recorded observations of injection pressure, annulus pressure, flow rate, and cumulative injection volume for the Dirty Devil well, and failing to timely submit analytical results of a fluid sample collected analyzed, at least, for pH, specific conductivity, specific gravity and total dissolved solids for referenced well.
