On 6/1/05, NJDHSS inspectors inspected Gill St. Bernard's School located in Gladstone, NJ as part of their routine inspections. Inspectors observed violations of both the Asbestos NESHAP and AHERA. It was determined that the Respondent violated 40 C.F.R. Part 763 Subpart E. Recordkeeping, recording and asbestos managment violations were observed.
