The Delphi facility is located at 271 Home Avenue, Dayton, Ohio. Pursuant to the consent decree, the reorganized debtors are paying outstanding oversight costs of $157,935 for the Delphi VOC Plume Site, where Delphi Corporation conducted a removal action to address vapor intrusion at nearby residences until it sold its 271 Home Avenue, Dayton, Ohio facility. With respect to the Delphi VOC Plume Site, the reorganized debtors will pay $157,935 by EFT within 2 days of entry of the Settlement Agreement to the Department of Justice to be deposited in the Delphi VOC Plume Site special account to be retained and used to conduct or finance response actions at or in connection with the Dayton VOC Site, or to be transferred by EPA to the Superfund. Since the effective date is 12/9/13, payment would be made to DOJ by 12/11/13.
