This is a Federal Facility Agreement (FFA) in which the Department of the Navy agrees to perform investigation and cleanup actions at the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Barstow, California pursuant to CERCLA. The FFA was signed in October 1990 by the Department of the Navy, the EPA, the Lohontan Regional Water Quality Control Board, and the California Department of Health Services. Further documentation, Records of Decision (ROD), will be issued.
